SESSION FEES

I am in-network with Cigna and Highmark/ BCBS (not to be confused with Independence or IBX/ Blue Cross). For out of network coverage, you would be responsible for the full fee and I can provide monthly superbills so you can seek partial reimbursement from your insurance at the end of each month. Please include this information when scheduling an appointment.

I take pride in keeping a lower caseload (20 and below a week) to allow me to have the mental energy to provide quality and empathic care to my clients. I have set-up an equitable system of paying for sessions that is based on your income and access to wealth, including family wealth and assets. This system is mostly based on the Green Bottle Method by Alexis Cunningfolk and Sliding Scale Fee Guidance by Hadassah Damien and helps to sustain my practice while being able to provide quality low cost or probono sessions for folx with multiple marginalized identities. Below is the full fee schedule, followed by descriptors for sliding scales if you wish to pay it forward (sponsor a low fee therapy) or if you need a reduced therapy fee.

Initial consult (1hr) $200; session (45-50min) $185- full rates

SLIDING SCALE (SEE BELOW) $50-$220+

immigration/ court evaluations $200/ per hour (3 hr minimum)-

inquire about pro bono evaluations
